SURVEY RESULTS TO DATE

So far as of October 1st, 2018 the survey results indicate that about half of the people who are interested in a membership are only interested in one or two particular functions or activities and about half of the people being interested in a full membership that would like to participate in all activities offered by the hunting club also reflected to date is the pricing for memberships below.

2020

Beginning in 2020 there will be no public use of the property without a Member in Good Standing having a Full or Partial Membership. In the event that there are not 50 people that sign up for Full Memberships the remaining Memberships will be available for those people that wish to obtain a Partial Membership for one or more of the activities.

Example

If by February 20th there are 25 remaining Full Memberships not designated then there will be 25 Partial Memberships available for the Trap & Skeet Range. If by August 1st there are still 25 remaining Full Memberships not designated then there will be 25 Partial Memberships available for Dove Hunting Season and if by October 1st there are still 25 remaining Full Memberships available then there will be 25 Memberships available for Quail Hunting Season ...

Dues Fees and Payments

Full Members will be allowed to make monthly payments of 20% of the total balance each month for five months with the first payment or initial 20% deposit due by January 20th and any remaining balances for modifications or additions will be due by August 25th prior to opening of any hunting season. All Partial Members will be required to make full payment ten days prior to any hunting season they may participate in.
